The Lady-Elle StarQueen Name Brands, including, but not limited to her cartoons characters, photos, illustrations, and any other creation and artwork, are copyrighted, patented or trademarked property of the copyright owner and licensor; and all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade dress, patents and other intellectual property rights in the Products Lines presented to you are owned by Lady-Elle StarQueen and or her estate, and protected by the copyright laws of the United States and international treaties.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our websites or any Product or license granted to you, if we have probable cause to believe that you have engaged in infringement of any copyrighted Product, Trade Name, Trade Mark and Name Brand that we represent, and publicize. We enforce these rights to the full extent of the law.

SECTION 3: Licensing a Product: All Licenses and Products are administered through Dreams-ComeTrue.Com (DCT) and the Copyrights are not available for sale but for lease only when and if authorized by the Licensor. Please contact DCT by email For:
Advertisement of Artworks on Billboards, Prints, Merchandise,
Advertisements in Books and other Medias, Books Licensing,
EBooks Licensing, Film Production in Association with, TV Shows Licensing, Production or in Association with, Events with Artworks, and Cartoons available for sale at auctions, or any other License.

Products or Licenses offered require approval to all Licensees prior to their use of any IP, with all Terms of Use agreed upon in writing by DCT and Licensees' fees pre-paid and in good standing.
SECTION 4: INFRINGEMENTS AND RIGHTS: We safeguard the Intellectual Properties (I.P.S) that we present you during our services and campaigns very carefully and we ban and report companies that pirate copyrighted ownerships on their websites or otherwise. If you notice any infringer that is not listed as an Authorized reseller of the Lady-Elle StarQueen Artworks or Creations posted on DCT, please email us as soon as possible. Thank you.

SECTION 5: Personal Use of Prints and or Merchandises Licensed:
No element, copies of artworks, or prints licensed by anyone through DCT Services may be used or exploited in a commercial way by anyone, licensee or not, or any buyer unless authorized in writing by DCT. Licensees may own a physical copy of a Print, a Tee Shirt with an artwork on merchandise, or copies of artworks for billboards sold by DCT to a Licensee in good standing or not and delivered to you, but the copyrights owner retains full and complete ownership of any creation, and all rights.
DCT or the Licensor-Copyrights Owner does not transfer title to anyone or any portion of the Artworks offered to you. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sub-licensable, non-transferable license to use the products that you purchase only for your personal and noncommercial use. You may not circumvent or disable any contents or copyright notice used with any of the Services. You may not suggest any association with our products, services or the Licensor’s Brands unless the right is granted to you in writing for a nationwide billboard Campaign or TV Commercial.

SECTION 6: When purchasing Products from our Licensee’s Shops: Contents available through our service contain links to Shops and other websites that are independently owned and operated to sell merchandises with Licensed Artworks created by Lady-Elle StarQueen. We, or DCT make no representation, claim or warranty whatsoever as to the information that these shops offer to you on their websites except for the acknowledgment by us that these shops, if listed on the DCT website are Licensees in good standing of the Lady-Elle StarQueen artworks and certified by DCT to be resell merchandises with specific Lady-Elle StarQueen artworks.. All authorized resellers of the Lady-Elle StarQueen artworks on merchandises are listed on Dreams-ComeTrue.Com to prevent counterfeits.
Please inform us as soon as possible if you notice any infringement by any shop or unlisted licensee. Thank you.

SECTION 7: PRIVACY: We do not and will never resell your email, contact information or any of your information that is or has been provided to us by you or through third parties.

SECTION 8: GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR BUYERS:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason and at any time. You understand that your information, may be transferred in an unencrypted way and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Services, use of the Services, or access to the Services or any contact on the website through which the service is provided without express written permission from us.
